Кулинарные рецепты с фотографиями
Салат "Влада". 
Голосов: 18Ингредиенты:
сыр твердый - 200 гр.
шампиньоны - 100 гр.
перец сладкий - 2 шт.
яблоки - 1 шт.
апельсины - 1 шт.
орехи грецкие - 30 гр.
йогурт - 1\2 стакана
мед - 2 ч. ложки
горчица готовая - 1 ч. ложка
лимон - 1\4 шт.
зелень сельдерея
Приготовление:
Шампиньоны промойте, нарежьте ломтиками, припускайте в собственном соку на среднем огне 15 минут. Охладите. Сыр и очищенное яблоко нарежьте кубиками. Перец очистите, нарежьте кольцами. С апельсина сотрите теркой цедру, очистите его от кожицы, белых волокон и разделите на дольки. Соедините подготовленные продукты, выложите в салатник и полейте соусом из йогурта, взбитого с горчицей, медом, лимонным соком и цедрой. Перед подачей посыпьте салат рублеными орехами и оформите зеленью.

Я не люблю сладкие салаты, а в принципе должно быть вполне сьедобно!!!

А мне очень понравился рецептик: необычное сочетание продуктов.Должно быть вкусненько и .думаю.не очень вредно для фигуры.Спасибо.
